Received an awesome cut by Tristan. He is detail oriented and made sure that I was completely happy with the look that I was leaving with. Highly skilled and professional, great easy-going personality, great cut! Highly recommended.

Everyone that works here is awesome. 5 stars to all of the stylists. One star for the company. It's clear that they were understaffed and stressed by their work environment. If you aren't able to hire more people, consider paying your stylists more. They are going above and beyond by doing more than they normally would have to do with a full crew. They deserve compensation for their extra work. Again, to the stylists, thank you for all that you do! To the company, take better care of your employees.

They’re open until 7pm. It’s 5:38pm. They’re not taking anymore people with an hour and a half left? This is the second time with more than an hour left in the day. Maybe you shouldn’t say you’re open until 7. No more than 1 or 2 potential clients in the lobby and they did not seem to be understaffed. I may go back to Knoxville location but probably not here again.
