Took my son Traeton for a hair cut and got the first available stylist Angel. She was amazing did a wonderful job she will be our go to stylist for my son and youngest now! Definitely recommend her!

Everyone at sports clips are wonderful and helpfull. I came in to find a nice gift for my boyfriend everyone was so help and patient in helping my find that perfect gift! They suggested some beard oil and he loved it so much he bought a second bottle! I have also gotten my haircut there too and the shop girls are always so friendly and up beat. Top notch place with great staff

I started going to Sports Clips at the beginning of the year. I had no problems with it, and then, of course, everything closed because of Covid-19. When they reopened, I went in and they had a three-hour wait. That's my fault because I didn't call or check-in. I waited a few days later, and I go to check-in online, but the option wasn't available. It said to call the store to see if there were openings, so I did. I called and asked if there were any openings and asked if I should make an appointment since the online check-in wasn't working. I get a snippy response saying they don't do appointments, and they hang up. I visited them today after work. They close at 8 pm, and I got there right at 7 pm. I walk into a nearly empty shop, and they immediately asked if I checked in online, and I said no because why would I after it didn't work the last time? Then I'm told that they have met their quota for today, so they wouldn't be doing anymore haircuts. So why is the "open" sign on? They told me to come back another time. No thank you. I won't be trying again. I work retail, and I understand working to be safe during these times, but I don't understand not trying to accommodate a customer, or Sports Clips being better prepared after months away.

I had Angel at Sports Clips in Johnson’s City. Just now left from my first time here. It was a great experience and she did an excellent job. I got the MVP upgrade for free since it was my first time including hair cut, hot towel, shampoo, and shoulder massage. Great job highly recommended Angel too.

Checked in an hour before I got to the store showed up on the time I was told and was next in line to be called. Set my apt to work with Bethany and she finished with her customer then proceeded to call another person by name that was well behind me on the list to cut his kids hair. I went from up next to having a 25 minute wait. I took my business to great clips got a great haircut at half the price. Will never go to sports clips again terrible experience.

I have been here several times. I was welcomed and had a great haircut. Bella cut my hair, I didn't much feel like conversation and so she kept it short. She understood what cut I wanted and asked in depth questions to make sure I left with what I wanted.

I had never been to a sports clips before, so as a first time customer I had only one expectation after reading reviews and understanding that this company is open to all genders, races, and sexualities. I go in for a hair cut(I have a mens style cut hair), and as I am walking in I am getting repeated dirty looks not just from the customers, but the staff as well, making me not feel very welcome to a place that I have never been before. Understanding that they are busy and knowing how hair places are due to family being hairdressers, I get the stress of a busy rush and I also understand that this business is targeted towards men, but when the information says ALL genders, races, and sexualities, you expect just a little more out of the services. My hair cut was great, but overall I wish my experience was better, more welcoming, and a little less judging just because I am girl.
